Delivery
We use nationwide companies to handle our deliveries, Our aim is to despatch orders on time every time, orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday usually leave us the same day, Larger items may take an extra day to despatch on some occasions.
Royal Mail - Smaller/light weight packages may be sent by Royal Mail, This usually applies to orders up to 20kg.
Fedex - Some of our Lift tables are sent with Fedex, don't worry if you don't see this option, our warehouse will despatch your order by the best means possible.
PalletForce - We have used Pallet Force for a number of years, all our larger equipment is sent through this pallet network, All products despatched with Pallet Force are shipped on pallets, this enables ease of unloading when the order arrives at the destination. Pallet Force operate a large fleet of tail lift HGV nationwide, so unloading is simple, there's no need for you to have a forklift available. All Pallet Force deliveries are 2-3 days as standard, we can ship for delivery next day and on Saturdays, however additional charges apply, please contact us if you need an alternative service.
Please note failed deliveries with Pallet Force are subject to a redelivery fee, in most cases this is 75% of the original shipping cost. Alternatively you can collect from your local Pallet Force depot at no additional charge.
Delivery Included (FREE Delivery)
All orders over £200 qualify for this offer, any returns for products on qualifying orders, will be refunded minus the incurred delivery cost in sending the original order. This varies from £5 for a small parcel (up to 2kg) £12 for a medium parcel (up to 20kg) £24 for a double medium parcel (up to 40kg spare parts only) £75 for a manual or electric pallet truck and £180 for an electric pallet stacker.
Factory Orders (Parts only): On some occasions additional shipping costs may be charged, this is judged on a order by order basis, if your order incurs additional shipping charges, you will have the option to pay the additional charges or cancel your order and receive a full refund. Our sales team will contact you if this applies to your order.

Returns and Refunds
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by GO-EPT Ltd.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
3. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable, or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
4. Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card.
5. Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return minus a 10% processing and admin fee. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us or the original delivery costs. Where delivery was included for your order (ie: orders over £200, the incurred delivery cost of the order will not be refunded, the rate of these charges are as follows:
0-2kg £5.00, 2-20kg £12.00, 20-40kg £24.00 (Parts orders only) Handling equipment excluding electric stacker trucks £75.00, Electric stacker trucks £180.00
6. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
7. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.
8. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
9. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
10. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
11. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
