Delivery Information

We ship throughout the UK using a network of trusted nationwide delivery partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and efficiently. Our aim is to despatch orders on time, every time.

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) will usually be despatched the same day. Larger or specialist items may occasionally require an additional working day for despatch, depending on stock location and handling requirements.

UK Delivery Partners

Royal Mail

Smaller and lightweight packages may be sent via Royal Mail. This service typically applies to orders weighing up to 20kg and provides a reliable solution for smaller spare parts and accessories.

FedEx

Selected products, including some of our lift tables, may be shipped using FedEx. Don't worry if you do not see FedEx listed as a delivery option during checkout — our warehouse team will always choose the most suitable delivery method to ensure your order arrives as quickly and efficiently as possible.

PalletForce

We have worked with PalletForce for many years and use their trusted pallet network to deliver our larger equipment across the UK.

All products despatched through PalletForce are shipped on pallets. This provides greater protection during transit and allows for easier unloading when your order arrives.

PalletForce operates a large nationwide fleet of tail-lift HGV vehicles, meaning unloading is straightforward and convenient. In most cases, you do not need a forklift on-site to receive your delivery.

Standard PalletForce deliveries are typically completed within 2–3 working days from despatch. We can also arrange:

• Next working day delivery

• Saturday delivery services

Please note that additional charges apply for these premium delivery options. If you require an alternative delivery service, please contact our team before placing your order.

Failed Deliveries

Please be aware that failed PalletForce deliveries are subject to a redelivery charge. In most cases, this fee is approximately 75% of the original shipping cost.

Alternatively, you may choose to collect your order from your local PalletForce depot at no additional charge.

FREE UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £200.
