BF Release Valve.
Genuine STAXX BF Release Valve Assembly - Part #32301109.
The Release Valve Assembly consists of the following parts:
- Release Valve Housing
- Release Valve with 2 Seal Grooves
- Release Valve Housing Seal
- Release Valve Spring and 2 Seals
The correct assembly procedure is to:
- Fit the 2 Seals on to the Piston
- Insert the Piston in to the Valve Housing
- Slide the Housing Seal over the threaded part of the Valve
- And finally, place the Spring on the in board end of the Piston.
Once assembled, the complete assembly can be installed in to the Hydraulic Pump Unit.
