BT Tow Bar Axle -Part #47931.
This is also known as a tiller arm or handle.
The tow bar axle links the handle to the hydraulic unit. Without this axle, the handle would not be connected to the truck.
The axle passes through the bottom of the handle and is pinned to the hydraulic unit. The handle then pivots on this axle.
