PPT20H Release Valve Kit.

Genuine STAXX PPT20H Release Valve Kit - Part #31201024.

The release valve assembly consists of the following parts:

• Release Valve Housing
• Release Valve with 2 Seal Grooves
• Release Valve Housing Seal
• Release Valve Spring and 2 Seals

The correct assembly procedure is:

1. Fit the two seals on to the piston
2. Insert the piston in to the valve housing
3. Slide the housing seal over the threaded part of the valve
4. And finally, place the spring on the inboard end of the piston

Once assembled, the complete assembly can be installed in to the hydraulic pump unit.
