Genuine STAXX Part #11040224 WH25G Tandem Wheel Plate
The wheel plate fits either side of the load wheel with two 20mm load wheel axles that pass through on each end of the plate.
The wheels plates have a 20mm mounting lug that fits in the the wheel fork.
